About Anna Lunaria
Anna has been practicing yoga since she was 16. In yoga she discovered something that finally helped her with the back pain she began to experience at age 10. She was diagnosed with scoliosis at 13 but was given no guidance for how to cope with her back problems. Anna became very aware of her body and was determined to find natural ways to resolve her pain. Anna perceives her scoliosis as a gift that has allowed her to practice the maxim, “Healer, heal thyself!”
The Yoga path soon lead Anna towards other alternative, holistic healing methods. Anna developed an affinity for practicing the many modalities she used to heal herself. Anna has been an intuitive arts healer (astrology, tarot, dreams, etc.) since 1988, a yoga teacher since 1991, a massage therapist since 1994, a yoga therapist since 1997 and a transpersonal hypnotherapist since 2003. Over the past twenty years thousands of people have experienced Anna’s holistic healing approach.
Anna is passionate about educating her clients about healing and wellness. Anna always seeks to understand more than the symptoms of pain and stress, she discovers the root causes and then works with each client to impart deep and lasting healing benefits.
Anna’s work has been featured in several newspapers, as well as on television news, and radio shows.
